Our ARM office presently writes over 1,000 New York State Department of Motor Vehicle Dealers Bonds. We work closely with the New York Independent Automobile Dealers Association, the dealers who we represent and the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles.
As of February 2000, all Automobile Dealers licensed in New York State must have a DMV Dealers Bond to operate as a registered dealer. Our office works with insurance companies that will write this bond. All bonds are approved based on a credit report generated by the insurance company.
Our office has a brief application that needs to be completed and we have a 24-hour approval process. Once the bond is approved we can have it sent to you in a matter of days.
